Talked to the morning manager, explained that if they couldn't move me to another room then I was checking out. I explained to the front desk that this wasn't working out, and that I wasn't interested in having another late night call to the front desk and using the restroom in the lobby, and the manager insisted that they'd get to the bottom of it in the morning.ฤก0am the next morning, I went to flush again and. Different maintenance person came up, told me "yeah, we have a lot of problems with this toilet", and again "fixed it." Yup, third time I needed to flush. Explained to front desk that the issue wasn't resolved. But next time I needed to flush? Same thing. Engineering came up, looked at it, spent 10 minutes, proclaimed it "fixed", and left. My room (a king room on the 18th floor) had some serious problems with the plumbing, in that it basically wouldn't flush (very little water motion, I suspect something jamming the plumbing). Every year I have a conference (Navy Opportunity Forum) at this hotel that I attend, and I swear, every year but last year I've had a poor experience here.
